It offers breakfast, we got amazing one with beautiful view. Location is peaceful for Ninh Binh near other transport, tourist things, and Tam Coc, awesome location right next to the mountains and water.

Its location was great and amazing, 5 mins drive from a Lower pagoda. We could enjoy views of the mountains and river.

Everything was awesome, me and my family liked the stay. It had decent sized individual rooms with great view, the garden, 2 twin beds. The neighbourhood was quiet. Employees were excellent all the time.

The location of this property was exceptionally nice and easy, it was a short way from everything I needed during the trip. Staff were very amiable people, despite the tireless efforts of the energetic staff. Everything was simply nice.

It's a great base for a weekend trip while in Ninh Binh. The staff is amiable and efficient and the food was great. The location is incredible and top, short walk from a boat dock for easy access to everywhere.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy bungalow right by the waterfront. The location was simply stunning, with a breathtaking view of the river and mountains right outside my window. The room was comfortable and the service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the facilities provided, such as the mini fan and luggage shelf on each dorm bed. It was truly a memorable experience.

The see-through bamboo blinds in the room, which compromised privacy, especially at night when the lights were on.

Everything about my stay was brand-new, recommend. Came in Ninh Binh to explore new places, this apartment was super base for making it happen. The location was easy near to the Cuc Phuong national park, the shop, and the Ngo Dong river, and had everything you needed.

The location was glorious, central. What's more, it was near the sandy beach. Truly always pleasant staff, were happy to help. The bed was comfortable and the place was exceptionally clean!
